A portable 'vitals & well-being' tracker for hospitalized patients

During the hackathon we iterated upon the current interface of the Visi Mobile Health tracker, which is used in a pilot at the Radboud UMC. Our aims were to give more context to the measurements, add a qualitative account of a person's perceived wellbeing and provide concrete and personal goals based on the health data. The hackathon resulted in various interesting contacts with care professionals and patients.
